Bond with your new baby and socialize with local Moms while your incredible Post-Pardum self  becomes a Strong Mom on every level! Suitable for Babies from 6 Weeks until Mobile. Yoga Movements include Gentle stretches to help with posture pain and gentle core rebuilding with lots of smiles and interaction with your babe! Nursing, Diaper changes and soothing your baby are all welcome at any time throughout class, we have a safe and welcome structure to our class format taught by Michelle.
