Adults young at Heart are welcome! Enjoy this Fun Workout that combines strength, Balance, Core stability and of course inversions! Suitable for First timers or those that have done beginner aerial yoga before that aren’t quite ready to move up to advanced. Brooke is able to give you options in class to make a move more intermediate or easier depending on your skill level!
